Информация об аспирантуре
Подготовку научно-педагогических кадров в аспирантуре осуществляют кафедры университета: экономики; гуманитарных, социальных и правовых дисциплин; финансов и таможенных доходов; теории и истории государства и права; организации и технологии защиты информации; гражданского права и процесса; естественнонаучных дисциплин; бухгалтерского учета, анализа и статистики; технологии общественного питания и товароведения; иностранных языков; русского языка и деловых коммуникаций; маркетинга и менеджмента.
Руководство научными исследованиями аспирантов осуществляют ведущие ученые университета, в основном доктора наук, профессора.
Научные труды ведущих ученых: профессоров Теплова В.И., Исаенко Е.В., Тарасовой Е.Е., Снитко Л.Т., Клименко О.И., Прижагалинской Т.Н., Тарасовой Т.Ф., Алябьевой М.В., Зимаковой Л.А., Тычинина С.В., Авсентьева О.С., Белова С.П., Ломазова В.А., Сафроновой Е.В., Евдокимовой О.В., Ельниковой Г.А.; доцентов Трунова А.А., Толстикова В.А., Александрова В.В., Пехтеревой Н.Т., Шабалиной Е.И., Мадыгиной О.А., Вороновой О.Н., Антоновой М.В. известны не только в России, но и за ее пределами. Свои научные идеи они реализуют в монографиях, научных публикациях в вед4ущих отечественных и зарубежных изданиях. Преподаватели аспирантуры проводят самостоятельные научные исследования, принимают активное участие в международных и национальных конференциях, издают учебную и учебно-методическую литературы по дисциплинам программ аспирантуры.
Университет располагает достаточной материально-технической базой для обеспечения учебного процесса по программам аспирантуры и проведения научных исследований аспирантов. Для изучения дисциплин имеются компьютерные классы с набором профильных программ. В учебном процессе широко используется современное мультимедийное оборудование. Аспиранты обеспечиваются полным комплектом учебно-методической и научной литературы для изучения дисциплин учебного плана и проведения научных исследований. Имеющийся библиотечный фонд позволяет успешно организовать учебно-методическую и научно-исследовательскую работу аспирантов.
12 аспирантов университета, активно участвующие в научно-исследовательской работе и общественной жизни университета, являются стипендиатами Губернатора Белгородской области.
История аспирантуры
Подготовка кадров высшей квалификации в аспирантуре Белгородского университета кооперации, экономики и права осуществляется с 1993 года.
Сегодня университет является признанным учебным и научным центром России и осуществляет подготовку научно-педагогических кадров для Центрального, Центрально-Черноземного региона и Юга России.
Подготовка научно-педагогических кадров в университете направлена на: повышение эффективности подготовки научно-педагогических кадров в докторантуре и аспирантуре; проведение научных исследований в соответствии с приоритетными направлениями науки и актуальными проблемами потребительской кооперации и Белгородской области.
Становление и развитие системы послевузовского профессионального образования в университете шло поэтапно.
В 1993 году по решению Комитета по высшей школе с целью планомерной подготовки научно-педагогических кадров в вузе была открыта аспирантура по специальностям: «Товароведение пищевых продуктов», «Товароведение промышленных товаров и сырья легкой промышленности», «Экономика, планирование и организация управления народным хозяйством и его отраслями», «Бухгалтерский учет, контроль и анализ хозяйственной деятельности». Открытие аспирантуры в БУПК (тогда еще Белгородский кооперативный институт) можно считать естественным этапом становления вуза. К этому времени в университете сформировалась плеяда талантливых ученых, возглавивших научные школы.
В 1995 году решением Государственного комитета по высшему образованию Российской Федерации была открыта новая специальность «Системы обработки информации и управления».
С каждым годом возрастала потребность вуза в высококвалифицированных преподавателях по различным специальностям. С открытием в университете новых специальностей появляется необходимость в расширении сферы деятельности аспирантуры.
С 1997 года началась подготовка научно-педагогических кадров в аспирантуре университета еще по трем новым специальностям: «Финансы, денежное обращение и кредит», «Теория права и государства; история права и государства; история политических правовых учений», «Гражданское право; семейное право; гражданский процесс; международное частное право».
В декабре 2002 года в аспирантуре университета были открыты две новые специальности – «Математический анализ», «Биохимия». С 2005 года открыта аспирантура по специальности «Социальная структура, социальные институты и процессы».

The Postgraduate Course Department has been engaged into the training of highly qualified specialists in postgraduate and doctoral study programs at Belgorod University of Cooperation, Economics and Law since 1993.

The training of highly qualified specialists in postgraduate and doctoral study programs at Belgorod University of Cooperation, Economics and Law is provided by the following departments: the Department of Economics; the Department of Humanitarian, Social and Law Disciplines; the Department of Finance and Customs Revenues; the Department of Theory and History of the State and Law; the Department of Information Security Organization and Technology; the Department of Civil Law and Proceedings; the Department of Natural Science Disciplines; the Department of Accounting, Analysis and Statistics; the Department of Public Catering Technology and Commodity Science; the Department of Foreign Languages; the Department of the Russian Language and Business Communication; the Department of Marketing and Management.
The leading scientists of the University, mainly doctors of sciences and professors, observe scientific research works of postgraduate students.
Scientific works of the leading scientists done by professors Teplov V.I., Isaenko E.V., Tarasova E.E., Snitko L.T., Klimenko O.I., Prizhagalinskaya T.N., Tarasova T.F., Alyabeva M.V., Zimakova L.A., Tyichinin S.V., Avsentev O.S., Belov S.P., Lomazov V.A., Safronova E.V., Evdokimova O.V., Elnikova G.A.; and associate professors Trunov A.A., Tolstikov V.A., Aleksandrov V.V., Pehtereva N.T., Shabalina E.I., Madyigina O.A., Voronova O.N., Antonova M.V. are well known not only in Russia but in foreign countries. Their scientific ideas and thoughts are introduced in monographs, scientific articles in the leading domestic and foreign books. The teachers of the postgraduate courses conduct their independent scientific research works, actively participate in international and Russian conferences and publish methodological and training literature on the disciplines of the programs provided by the University postgraduate courses.
The University possesses the proper material and technical base to deliver the educational process on the University postgraduate courses programs and to organize scientific and research work of postgraduate students. There are computer classes equipped with profiled programs. Multimedia facilities are applied widely in the educational process. Postgraduate students are provided fully with methodological, training and scientific literature to learn the disciplines included in the curriculum and to hold scientific and research work. The current library funds guarantee that methodological, training and scientific work of postgraduate students is successfully organized.
The twelve postgraduate students who participate actively in scientific and research work and social life of the University are the scholarship holders of the Belgorod Region Governor.
History of Postgraduate Course
The training of highly qualified specialists in postgraduate and doctoral study programs at Belgorod University of Cooperation, Economics and Law has been provided since 1993.
Nowadays, the University is a recognized educational and scientific center of Russia that trains scientific and pedagogical specialists for the Central, Central Black-Soil Regions and the South of Russia.
The process of training of scientific and pedagogical staff is aimed at the enhancement of training effectiveness of studying postgraduate and doctoral study programs; encouragement of scientific research in accordance to the main scientific directions and urgent issues of consumer cooperation in the Belgorod Region.
The establishment and development of postgraduate professional education at the University was set up gradually.
In 1993 on the decision of the Committee on Graduate School in order to consistently train scientific and pedagogical staff the University established the postgraduate courses on the following specialties: “Commodity Research of Food Products”, “Commodity Research of Industrial Products and Raw Materials of Light Industry”, “Economics, Planning and Organization of the National Economy and its Sectors”, “Accounting, Control and Analysis of Economic Activity”. The establishment of the postgraduate courses at Belgorod University of Cooperation, Economics and Law (then still Belgorod Cooperative Institute) can be considered to be a quite natural step in setting up the University. By that time, the University had united the brilliant assemblage of the talented scientists who headed scientific schools.
In 1995 on the decision of the State Committee on Higher Education of the Russian Federation, the new specialty “The systems of information processing and management” was introduced.
Year by year, the request of the University for highly qualified teachers of different subjects has been increasing. With the introduction of the new specialties at the University, the enlargement of the activities of the University postgraduate courses has been in demand.
Since 1997, the University has been providing postgraduate study programs on “Finance, Money Turnover and Credit”; “Theory of the Law and State; History of the Law and State; History of Political and Legal Doctrines”; “Civil Law; Family Law; Civil Proceedings; International Private Law”.
In December 2002, the University postgraduate courses offered two new specialties “Mathematical Analysis” and “Biochemistry”. Since 2005, the postgraduate courses on the specialty “Social Structure, Social Institutes and Processes” has been functioning.
